Pose, Pause and Post

It was an informal meet up  with  colleagues, a random thoughts  and not  the  typical meet up where beer and  pulutan are available, it was just  catching up, a few pictures and  it was  an opportunity  to meet the new subject. So, what it is my mind? A lot and who that might be? Her!

It is such an honour indeed and happy having   my colleague as my  subject, When I took a picture of her  during our  eat out gathering,  deep inside I was astounded  the character she may have, yes CHARACTER!

Why her? Why not? I rarely   choose the subject  I would like to take  a picture, everyone  can be  a subject but  no one possess the  character  that will define the persona within, the  soul of  a person  what will give justice to the  output. What I love about her  is her attitude!

Only few will understand on how to produce quality output especially when the subject  is  underexpose to a  photo shoot, not to mention the awkwardness posing in front of the camera, it is always a fifty-fifty chance of having a good shots and  worst of it, None!



 Pretty is boring, Choose character


 I did not find  any challenges at all,  even if  I did, it does not affect the way she project in front of the camera,  what I see is the  connection within herself that build  friendship as a whole, darn well the way she carry her  self as  young individual, the emotions she carried  out in front of the camera.

Composition, projection and emotions, gives justice to the  output of the subject.

The way a character is define is base  on how the  subject and or model understands the goal and the output in an given instructions in terms of projection and emotions in front of the camera. Communication between the model and the photographer should be establish  to promote  a good working  relationship  throughout the process thus giving  a due credit to the subject itself.

In an event like photo shoot, the photographer  should always  guide and direct the  model in a post suited  to the personality of the subject, giving an opportunity to have the model pose and  or project where  it is  comfortable to both  to achieve the desired  goal  giving an immense pleasure to the output intended. 


         
                                    Pose done naturally, no pretension, no drama  pure emotions.



At par and  by definition: play the character within you, pose where it brings the best in  you and post the  emotions in a place where  it scattered in balance environment within the persona in YOU. 
Pause in between and let your soul speak for your personality.

      It was  supposed to be a long  journey  to Pangasinan to  visit the  Sunflower farm but the notice  came too late so I decided to push thru  my plan to visit two sunflower  farms  in the province  of Quezon.  There are two sunflower farms in Quezon, one is in Tiaong and  in Candelaria about 30 minutes from Tiaong.   An entrance fee of  Php 100.00 and this fee goes to People with Disability (PWD) .  Sunshine farm is located  in Tiaong  Quezon along national highway. Sunshine Farm located in Barangay Lalig Tiaong  Quezon                                                     Ben - a PWD is one of the beneficiary that Sunshine farm is helping Salted eggs and Special dried fish in pure  olive out. Pista ng Itim na Nazareno

 Ang Pilipinas ang bukod tanging  Romano Katoliko sa buong Asya at ang populasyon ng Pilipinas ay binubuo ng Siyam napu't siyam na porsyento  ay mga Katoliko at ang  nalalabing bahagi ng mga relihiyon ay nahahati sa iba't -ibang sekta. Sa tuwing ika-9 ng Enero ng bawat taon ay  ipinagdiriwang ang Pista ng Itim na Nazareno  na ginaganap sa  Quiapo Maynila. Dito ang mga  deboto na galing pa sa iba't-ibang lugar sa Pilipinas ay nagkakasama-sama sa pagdiriwang na naging tradisyon na at kaugalian dala ng kanilang malalim na pananampalataya at sakripisyo sa buhay. Ayon sa kasaysayan “ Ang nasabing Nazareno o tinatawag na Nuestro Padre Nazareno, na dinala noong siglo 1800 ng Ordeng Recoletos at itinampok sa simbahang nakaharap sa tanyag na Plaza Miranda.
